Because Women Deserve Better:

Real answers, real support, and real solutions for perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

About Dr. Tui Lauilefue

I'm Dr. Tui Lauilefue, an internal medicine and obesity medicine physician based in Olympia, Washington. I'm also one of the few Menopause Society Certified Practitioners in the region.

I've seen too many women told their symptoms are "just part of aging." I believe every woman deserves care that listens, takes her seriously, and offers real solutions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based medicine, compassion, and a true commitment to helping women feel their best.

I created this menopause program to give women a safe space to talk openly about their health, get answers they can trust, and find a plan that actually helps them feel better.

You don't have to push through perimenopause or menopause alone. With the right care, you can sleep better, think clearer, feel stronger, and feel like yourself again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need labs before my first visit?
Yes. Once you sign up, we’ll set up your labs and body composition scan so everything’s ready by the time you come in. Labs are included with your initial consult.
Can the initial consult be virtual?
Yes. The comprehensive consult can be done in person at our Olympia clinic or virtually. This makes care accessible even if you’re not near Olympia.
What if I already take hormones?
That’s completely fine. We’ll review your current medications, check your labs, and decide together if any changes are needed.
Are labs and supplements included in the consult price?
Labs are included with your $500 consult. Supplements are separate, but our membership gives you discounts through Fullscript if you’d like to use them.
Do I have to join the membership?
Not at all. Some women prefer to book visits when they need them, while others like the added support and savings that come with a monthly plan.
Is menopause care covered by insurance?
This program is private-pay, so we don’t bill insurance. Many of our patients use HSA or FSA funds to cover costs.
